At present the urgent need has ripen in organizing the generalizing inspection on assessing the current condition of groundwater deposits in the territory of the Crimea Republic. After the reunion of Crimea and the Russian Federation, the usable groundwater resources should be certified according to the acting legislation. In this connection, the present-day status of 17 sites of Alminskoe, Novoselovskoe, Severo-Sivashskoe and Simferopol’skoe groundwater deposits belonging to the unassigned reserves of the Crimea Republic was assessed. The database of unassigned groundwater reserves was compiled for the Crimea Republic, as well as of records compiled by state commission on the reserves. The tables and certificates for the sites of groundwater deposits data bank was also made. The tables and passports of groundwater deposits areas were composed.

Key words: groundwater deposits, resource category, deposits area, unassigned reserves.
