SEISMICITY OF RUSSIA IN 2020

Results on monitoring seismicity in 2020 are given for the main regions and territories of Russia: Western and East Caucasus; East European Platform, Ural and West Siberia; Arctic Basin; Altai and Sayan Mountains; Lake Baikal region; Amur River region; Primor'e; Sakhalin; Kuril-Okhotsk Region; Yakutia; North-East region of Russia and Chukotka; Kamchatka and Komandor Islands. Catalogs of the most significant earthquakes are provided for each region with parameters of the hypocenters and magnitudes received from instrumental observation. Manifestation of macroseismic effect from the majority of noticeable earthquakes (with I ≥ 2,5 points on SSI-2017 scale) that occurred in the territory of Russia is analyzed. The work is intended for seismologists, geophysicists, geologists and specialists in earthquake-prone construction.
