The qualitative composition of the surface atmosphere in cities plays a major role in the existence of the biosphere. Geophysical urboecological studies have shown a significant variability in the ratio of aeroions of different polarity within urban areas, which is determined by landscape features, the type of urban vegetation, the presence of “open” water, etc. The shortage of aeroions in the urban air was noted and the influence of urban environment objects on the formation of aeroionic composition was analyzed.
